The General Fund donations cover programming and operating costs which are non-restricted in nature.

The Rabbi’s Discretionary fund is a restricted fund used towards scholarships, tzedakah, youth, programming, and more.

Contributions go to music expenses in memory of Cantor’s mother, Dorothy Seidel Wigod.  This is a restricted fund.

The Caring Fund provides comfort and support to congregants during times of illness, loss, loneliness and general need. This is available for the purpose of sending gifts, cards or food and, if needed, can provide funds for transportation to Temple functions.

Carol Parness started the Early Childhood Program at RTFH and taught for decades as a volunteer. She was beloved by her young students, the many teens she mentored, and her Temple family. This is a restricted fund for expenses of Temple Tots through 1^st grade.

This restricted fund provides a yearly scholarship to help a child attend a workshop, program or URJ camp to further a child’s knowledge & participation in the Reform movement. It was created in honor of Mildred Friedman and the late Leonard Friedman.

Parents Association is to support and enrich the RTFH Students experiences; to facilitate communication among the parents, the school and the Temple, and to advance the goals of the school.

A restricted fund for special programs and materials to enhance Religious School education.

All scholarships are confidential and are on the honor system at RTFH.  This fund helps build our “dues” expectations for cashflow needs.

Youth Programming where students will become ambassadors of Reform Judaism. Knowing (Jewish identity); Doing (Social Action/Justice); Believing (Leadership)

Torah Restoration Fund is for the repair and maintenance of our sacred Torah Scrolls so we always have our Torahs in the best condition and care.

It is a traditional duty of Jews to recite Kaddish for a deceased parent, child, spouse, or sibling (daily during the first year, annually thereafter on the anniversary of death).  May their memories forever be for a blessing.
